Dictation Guidance

For the best formatting results, dictate in a consistent cardiac monitoring style.

• State findings in a clear sequence: underlying rhythm, min/max/average heart rate, episodes, ectopy, triggered events, then overall exclusions.
• Speak every number, date, time, burden, and duration carefully. The formatter will try to preserve them exactly.
• Say symptoms and their correlations explicitly, for example which symptom matched sinus rhythm, bradycardia, or SVT.
